Below is a brief summary about my background:

About Me

My journey to becoming a Posture and Movement Trainer is rooted in a lifelong passion for sports and movement. From an early age, I immersed myself in football, basketball, baseball, BMX, and other athletic pursuits. That passion led me to play college basketball in Rome, Italy, and later semi-professional football in New York.

Overcoming adversity has been a defining part of my path. I lived with a severe stutter until my early twenties, an experience that pushed me to study Speech Language Pathology and Psychology. Through that process, I went from barely being able to speak to confidently engaging with others. Stuttering became one of my greatest teachers, shaping how I listen, connect, and help people navigate their own challenges.

Along the way, I had an opportunity to play Semi-Professional Football. Naturally, I gravitated back toward training and earned my certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2008, focusing on corrective exercise, performance, and nutrition. Driven by my own experiences with sports injuries, I developed a deep interest in corrective exercise — not only to resolve my own sports injuries but to help others overcome their physical challenges as well.

In 2011, a near-death motorcycle accident became a major turning point. Doctors questioned whether I would ever return to high-level physical activity. When traditional approaches fell short, I began exploring posture-based corrective exercise methods that ultimately helped me regain strength, mobility, and confidence in movement. I was able to return to running, playing sports, and later take up rock climbing.

Over the years, I’ve studied and applied a wide range of movement and posture-focused approaches. My practice today is an evolving blend of methods — using what works, discarding what doesn’t, and always adapting to the individual in front of me.

Everything I do is shaped by lived experience. The challenges I’ve faced have given me a deep respect for the process of rebuilding — physically and mentally — and allow me to guide others with empathy, precision, and clarity.
